Seriously?!?

My dad sent two bags of kitty candy in my Christmas box. The kitties went nuts over this candy! Basically, they are now addicts. So like any good kitty mommy and daddy, Boyfriend and I proceeded to find out if they had the kitty drugs....ahem....candy....here in Sweden. No joy. None of my pet stores had it. We went to Internet. Logical no? After much much much searching, we found the kitty drugs....ahem...candy....at an online British store. Hint: In the US it is called Temptations, here it is called Dreamies, so once we figured that out, the whole process went much faster. So we ordered the kitty drugs.....ahem....candy....from England, it got here, everyone is happy. Especially the two furry addicts.
After all this, I saw the same fucking kitty candy that we spent weeks hunting down in my local grocery store.
Seriously?!? Seriously!?!

Goober

I haven't had this since I was a kid. It is peanut butter and grape jelly. I saw it at a British store online that we were ordering from and had to have it out of pure nostalgia :). Plus I wanted Boyfriend to try it, and he actually liked it!

Siri was very cuddly and happy during this visit :). She also found a patch of sun in the bathroom. It was kitty heaven apparently :).

Spray painting is fun when it is nice outside. But I have been waiting since Christmas to paint the lamp so even though it looked like rain, we did it anyway :).

Finished!!!

I am finally finished with my lamp project! Took awhile, but it is harder to spray paint in the winter :(. But all done now, and I must say I am very happy with it. It was bigger in the room than I figured. But I like it too much to let that bother me :).

And it's off!

My application to the VAL-projektet is done, finished, and in the mail! Feels really good to have it done. Now I just have to wait for an answer and hope I don't have to do too much in order to get my teaching certificate. Hoping my hundreds of university credits and five years of teaching will make up for the last little bit I am missing! So wish me luck, cross your fingers (and toes and legs and eyes), and hope for the best :).
