Drinks!

I got great bbq for lunch and Joe's for dinner on my last day in the US. All topped off with a fudgesicle for dessert. Life was pretty good :P.

First day of iPad school

Mom off to work with her new iPad to test it out. Everyone at her job uses them so I hope it comes in handy! It was like being a proud technology parent :).

Packing ninja monkey!

The packing has gone well. As usual there were two bags, and I am a packing god! One was 49.5 pounds and the other was 50.0. The limit is 50.0. So I am quite happy :). I got almost all my books from my mom's house now too. I think I had to leave like five. And so much food stuff this time. And first aid medicine stuff. Hydrogen peroxide and neosporin. I still do not understand how Sweden does not have these things. But all bags are checked and on the way. Thank goodness.

Well, fun US time is over now and its back to Sweden. Which we are a little happy about because soon we get to see the one who makes me smile a lot :).

Nope. Iowa. This was a travel stop in Iowa that looked like an old stave church. Was kinda cool.

Is no your box. Maggie was super happy about this empty shoe box. She is sleeping there all the time! But she did sleep some with me on the sofa too :).

Gots to have my teeth picker

Mom had a very red neck moment in the car on the way home from Minnesota. She was using super glue to fix where the vinyl had come loose so she had her elbow there. With her toothpick it was just a great photo opportunity :).

My aunt and uncle's house in Minneapolis.  I had to be quick though or their giant dog Barney would have eaten rainbow monkey!

Chillin' like a villian

The one who makes me smile a lot went home on Saturday from Minneapolis :(. Since my aunt's puppy made him very sniffly we decided to get a hotel. It was a very nice one, rainbow monkey approved :).

The one who makes me smile a lot likes coffee so we have taken to stopping at Caribou Coffee in the mornings.

I found the cutest sock monkey on our trip. I decided he will be my little mascot. So he will show up now and again on my blog in fun places :). Here he is in the car on our drive to Bemidji.
