Hee hee hee, so funny!

Well, I really like watching True Blood, so I was happy when a new poster came out. I didn't expect to laugh so hard though! So funny :) Now they just need to have more with Eric on them.... :)

Nooooo!!!

It's not enough with Melodifestival. Now there are even official chips
for it! And before all you Melodifestival rabid fans start chewing
me out for not liking it I would just like to point out that it is
100% ok for me to not like Melodifestival. Just like it's 100% ok for
you to like it. And the chips that go with it. I just want to point
out that when it comes to this I am not at all Swedish. Not even one
tiny little bit. Sorry :).

Feeding Frenzy

On Wednesday I went for a walk in the park with Jens to feed the
ducks. Feeding the ducks always makes me feel better. I just always
wish I brought more bread. They are so hungry in the winter :(.

Sweden's Most Boring City

The other teachers at my school and myself were in Eslöv for a course.
The course was at the city hall building. I couldn't decide if it was
pretty or ugly. It was weird. Anyway I thought these doors looked
exactly like the confessional that I had at church when I was younger.
Then I just decided it was a bit creepy.

My colleagues were, however, quite impressed with the free parking and
the all-terrain buses.

What? (Innocent face)

Sekhmet was a very bad kitty not long ago. She peed in Roomie's
suitcase! The suitcase full of socks and undies!!! He had to re-wash
everything and I had to de-cat pee the poor boys suitcase :(. This
picture was taken right after he hung up the laundry. Sekhmet started
hanging out under it and sniffing and sending longing glances upward.
But even I would have been more impressed than angry if she managed to
jump up, balnce on the drying racks wires, and re-mark "her" territory
slash laundry. Very impressed. But we're watching you Sekhmet...no
more funny business!!!

Nooooooo!!!!!

Run!!!! Hide!!!! Save yourselves!!!!!
The car that my old boss from my old cleaning job drives now. We saw
it the other day. Even my ass twitched in fearful memory of the
wonderfulness of that job.

Quiet chairs...

At my job we have desks. We have chairs. And we have students.
Fidgety, restless, constantly moving students. So my colleague Erika
thought of a perfect solution. Tennis balls. She had seen it at a pre-
school (the irony and sheer hilariousness of our high school age
students and pre-school age students both needing tennis balls on the
furniture was not lost on us btw).
I had only seen it only on old peoples' walkers. This is why she is
the brilliant one :).
Don't all the chairs look happy now? :)

King of the World!!!

Well, the sofa anyway. Bastet was restless and climbing around a bit
and she somehow managed to balance on the sofa back which is not very
wide. Go Bastet!

Kitty TV!

Jens birdies have moved to our house :). It is two white finches and
they are super cute :). I like birdies but have never had before so we
see how it goes.

I know how it goes for the kitties though... They love to watch the
birdies :). Best kitty TV ever! Well Bastet was also very fond of the
fish aquarium. Also great kitty TV. I do cover up birdies every night
so they have a no kitties watching time and they sleep then too :).
Otherwise they can be a bit tweety and loud...not good for sleeping.
Nope :).

Bath Time

Ahhh! Bastet is giving Sekhmet a bath and they were cuddling on the
sofa. My kitties are the cutest kitties in the whole world!!!!

Spin the kitty!

Roomie playing with Bastet. Spin the kitty on the pillow! Sometimes
he moves the kitty, pillow and all, just for fun. Strange Roomie...

Down home cookin'

I got a bit homesick so I made tomato soup and grilled cheese
sandwiches. It just isn't the same without saltine crackers though :(.
The closest I can find is the stack of round things you see next to
the sandwich. English breakfast water crackers. Close enough I guess :(

My kind of drink, wink wink ;)

Some kind of drinks. Juice, soda? Anyway they all had different pin
up girls on them. Pretty fun :)

New Pepsi label?

I ordered Pepsi and it came in this weird bottle. So I guess they are
stylizing the label?

Hey it rhymes! Book sale and fika. Can't beat that with a stick. Plus
Erika's hot chocolate had this cool leaf made out of the whipped cream
part. I wonder how they do that...
