I have put bands on all my zebra finches now. One color for each bird. If I had been a smart birdie mommy I would have done this before the babies grew up to look just like mom and dad....but I wasn't a smart birdie mommy and now I can't tell them apart :(. I am hoping I will figure it out soon. When I do they are all banded so at least I can tell after that!
