See, in the US we lock up guns, knives, toxic chemicals and the occasional bottle of super expensive whiskey. In Sweden they lock up the...wait for it....you'll never guess.....olive oil!!! That's right. Olive oil. In a glass case, under lock and key. So glad I'm not a food snob. Then I might understand and not be able to have a giggle :).

that's the aged balsamic vinegar. we lock that up here too. it's seriously pricey and seriously delicious. it takes it a long time to get that good.
