My zebra finches are sex machines. There is no denying it. I took their nest away so they would not have more babies this year. They laid eggs in the food cup. I changed the food cup. They laid eggs in the at that time dry bird bath. I filled it with water.They laid eggs on the floor. Well I can't take the floor away. Luckily none of the eggs were fertile. But then the sneaky horny little bastards started using the stocks from the millet I give them and somehow managed to build a damn nest! And now I know I should remove it but they worked so hard I would feel like a total shit :(. And you see in the picture how well built it is. It would be like tearing down the birdie equivalent of the Taj Mahal!
