Not a bad view

Everything is better with a great view, even peeling taters :). Why stand in the kitchen and do it when you can be outside by a wonderful lake instead? 

Building an outhouse

We are up in Northern Sweden at the summerhouse of the one that makes me smile a lot :). Every year he has a project and this year it is a new outhouse. I am helping and so far nothing had fallen down and it is not too wonky. So far. Although I think a slightly wonky outdoor shitter would be fun. I am not sure this idea would be met with enthusiasm....

Cramped

On our way home to Sweden :(. But we are a bit happy to see a certain someone :). What happened to the big honkin' planes by the way? Since when do they use such small planes for such long flights? Monkey had more room than me!

Drinks!

I got great bbq for lunch and Joe's for dinner on my last day in the US. All topped off with a fudgesicle for dessert. Life was pretty good :P.

First day of iPad school

Mom off to work with her new iPad to test it out. Everyone at her job uses them so I hope it comes in handy! It was like being a proud technology parent :).

Packing ninja monkey!

The packing has gone well. As usual there were two bags, and I am a packing god! One was 49.5 pounds and the other was 50.0. The limit is 50.0. So I am quite happy :). I got almost all my books from my mom's house now too. I think I had to leave like five. And so much food stuff this time. And first aid medicine stuff. Hydrogen peroxide and neosporin. I still do not understand how Sweden does not have these things. But all bags are checked and on the way. Thank goodness.
