Marco took over the muppet chair. This chair belongs to Bastet and Sekhmet. It's thier spot! And little fluff ball Marco just moves in and takes it. Strange things are afoot. Must keep an eye out.

Outlander craft swap

I got my first swap gift today! It was inspired by the Hugh Munro character in the books/show. Very cool :). Trying to figure out best place to show it off!

Friends at last

Bastet and Mama Cat have not been getting along. They hiss and growl and chase each other. But it is getting better and now they can even be close to each other! Sometimes.

I fit!

Polo is hanging out in the tiny tiny space between the shelves of my nightstand. Looks uncomfortable, but I guess it wasn't too bad. She stayed there for quite some time.

Gandalf is convinced that she can catch the light from the lamp. Any minute now.... Being in the classic grizzly bear pose helps though :).

Pantry exorcism

It is amazing how the pantry can just collect stuff. It has been a couple years since I really cleaned it out, but it was obviously time. I got two whole trash bags of crap to throw away! It does feel good though, actually have space to store food again! Meaning I can actually put stuff in the pantry easily, not shove it in and hope it stays there. Or keep it on the kitchen table.

More fishy fun

The fishies on the tablet were very very interesting. Polo stared and stared but just couldn't figure out where they were coming from. Or where they went. The entire back and sides of the tablet were checked, but no fishies there. It's a mystery!

Fan

Polo is a clear Hello Kitty fan. She just seems to be drawn to all things Hello Kitty. Mommy's little girl :). So proud :).

Yummies!

Apparently Boyfriend tastes yummy to the little kittens. They tried to eat his fingers and toes all weekend long! Luckily he still has all limbs intact, and it didn't hurt much, but it did tickle he says :).

Gizmo was happy to use Boyfriend's arm as a pillow and cuddle buddy. She was sleeping that way for quite long!

Polo was pretty comfy in this weird position on the couch. Cats don't often sit like that, but when they do is very cute :).

Kitten is having fun with Boyfriend's tablet. She is chasing all the fish that move when she touches them. Very fun to watch :).

Craft Swap!

I am taking part in an Outlander book/show inspired craft Swap for the holidays. Small ornaments or gifts are to be switched like Secret Santa. I chose to do Dala horses with Scottish thistles on. That way there is some Swedish in the gift too :).

Feeding frenzy!!!!

All the kitties like it when it is soft food time. Sekhmet has managed to wriggle in as well almost every day. Gizmo is the only one that doesn't seem to like soft food out of the kittens. Bastet doesn't like it either.

Banquet

I love dressing up and I got to do it two Saturdays in a row! First the Fairy Tale Pub, then the banquet in Stockholm that Forodrim has every year. It was a bit of dark Moulin Rouge theme and was very fun :).

Fairy Tale Pub

I got to host a pub for Angmar a couple weeks ago. Since I love fairy tales I made that the theme and everyone had to dress up as a favorite fairy tale character. I went as the Cheshire Cat :). There was also a fun quiz to test everyone's fairy tale knowledge. And of course the appropriate decorations :). Boyfriend went as the Pied Piper and I am trying to talk him into letting me put up a picture! He had the best costume by far and he made it himself!

They all fit though. Boyfriend got a cat tree for Bastet and Sekhmet but they seem to not use it much. Am glad the kittens are making up for it :).
